Hey fellas, I need some help looking for a song. My wife is looking for a gospel CD and I can not seem to locate it anywhere. The name of the CD is "Overdrive" by Cedar Ridge. The name of the particular song is "There's no easy way to say goodbye". I have done search upon search for this song and cannot find it. I've checked all the Christian Book stores around here as well as even called a Gospel radio station in hopes they could point us in the right direction. We've called Morningstar (group that produced record) and they say it is no longer being published. I think they stopped publishing it in 2002. The wife has fell in love with this song and is what she wants this year Christmas. Thanks in advance for any possible help.

A Google search shows it was released in 1992 on cassette by MSC and the number is 4140. I didn't find it in the 4 or 5 out of print music sites I looked at but I did find a Cedar Ridge website. If it is the same group (they seem to specialize in bluegrass but I saw a few listed current songs that have a religious sound to the title), you might check with them to see if they have any unsold cassettes.

If you can't find that particular album or group. May I make a suggestion for Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder "Soldier of the Cross". ....

itunes on the apple.com site has this tune listed, however, it is not the Cedar Ridge CD.
You'll have to download itune to preview the song. Hope it is one and the same.
